1- REFUNDS
USACOMPRESSORS.COM™ Does not offer refunds or make exchanges. Please contact our sales team before purchasing if you have any questions or concerns.
2- CORE RETURNS
Core returns must be made within 15 days of purchasing a new unit. If more time is required you must contact us, if approved the terms will be indicated on the official invoice.
3- ABANDONED PROPERTY & UNCLAIMED EQUIPMENT
Any product, equipment, compressor, component, or other item (“Property”) delivered or returned to MCR\USACOMPRESSORS.COM for warranty evaluation, repair, inspection, storage, or for any other purpose remains the sole responsibility of the customer.
Once the customer is notified—by email, phone, invoice, estimate, or any other reasonable method—that the Property is ready for pickup, return shipment, requires authorization, or requires payment, the customer has thirty (30) calendar days to retrieve the Property or make written arrangements with MCR\USACOMPRESSORS.COM.
Failure to retrieve the Property or to contact MCR\USACOMPRESSORS.COM in writing within 30 days shall constitute intentional abandonment under applicable law.
Upon abandonment:

MCR\USACOMPRESSORS.COM shall automatically and irrevocably assume full ownership of the Property.

The customer forfeits all ownership rights, title, and interest in the Property.

No further notice to the customer is required.
After ownership is assumed, MCR\USACOMPRESSORS.COM may, at its sole and absolute discretion, sell, scrap, recycle, dismantle, repurpose, dispose of, or otherwise use the Property, with no obligation to compensate the customer or apply proceeds toward any outstanding balance.
MCR\USACOMPRESSORS.COM shall not be liable for:

Loss, damage, deterioration, or depreciation of abandoned Property

Storage conditions
-
Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages

Any claims made after the abandonment period
All costs incurred prior to abandonment—including but not limited to inspection fees, diagnostics, labor, storage, handling, and shipping—remain fully due and payable by the customer and are not waived by abandonment.
By submitting Property to MCR\USACOMPRESSORS.COM, the customer expressly agrees to this policy and waives any claim against MCR\USACOMPRESSORS.COM relating to abandoned or unclaimed Property.
4- SHIPPING
Warranty: Compressors remanufactured by MCR\USACOMPRESSORS.COM are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of sale. MCR\USACOMPRESSORS.COM does not warrant or make representation concerning its compressors which are not installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s replacement instructions and in accordance with generally accepted industry installation and maintenance practices. MCR\USACOMPRESSORS.COM reserves the right to have all compressors returned at the buyers (SOLD TO) expense for warranty examination and analysis.
MCR\USACOMPRESSORS.COM liability under warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement as its options of any compressor found to be defective after inspection at our warehouses. MCR\USACOMPRESSORS.COM will not be liable for any labor charges or other expenses involved on any warranty item. This warranty is void if inspection discloses any contamination, alterations, misuse or damage caused by abuse or use of improper tools, fluids for and during installation
