Warranty Policies
Warranty: Compressors rebuilt by USACOMPRESSORS.COM are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of sale. USACOMPRESSORS.COM does not warrant or make representation concerning its compressors which are not installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s replacement instructions and in accordance with generally accepted industry installation and maintenance practices. USACOMPRESSORS.COM reserves the right to have all compressors returned for warranty examination by its suppliers.
USACOMPRESSORS.COM liability under warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement as its options of any compressor found to be defective after inspection at one of its partnering warehouses. USACOMPRESSORS.COM will not be liable for any labor charges or other expenses involved on any warranty item. This warranty is void if inspection discloses any contamination, alterations, misuse or damage caused by abuse or use of improper tools, fluids for and during installation.
