Warranty Policies

Warranty: Compressors remanufactured by USACOMPRESSORS.COM™ \ Miami Compressor Inc. are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of sale. USACOMPRESSORS.COM™ \ Miami Compressor Inc. does not warrant or make representation concerning its compressors which are not installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s replacement instructions and in accordance with generally accepted industry installation and maintenance practices. USACOMPRESSORS.COM™ \ Miami Compressor Inc. reserves the right to have all compressors returned at the buyers (SOLD TO) expense for warranty examination and analysis.

USACOMPRESSORS.COM™ \ Miami Compressor Inc. liability under warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement as its options of any compressor found to be defective after inspection at our warehouses. USACOMPRESSORS.COM™ \ Miami Compressor Inc. will not be liable for any labor charges or other expenses involved on any warranty item. This warranty is void if inspection discloses any contamination, alterations, misuse or damage caused by abuse or use of improper tools, fluids for and during installation.
